3CE Blur Water Tint #CASUAL AFFAIR

The shade of the 3CE Blur Water Tint is #Casual Affair. It isn't glossy; it applies very softly and matte. However, it might not be suitable for those with severely flaky or dry lips. So, I tend to apply a very glossy tint first and layer this on top. The color is like a dried rose shade. Because of its matte texture, I think it's good to use in the fall.
