Worst cosmetics

I bought this product to just apply a light toner as the weather is starting to get warmer, but it feels a bit sticky, so it doesn't seem to suit me well. I really like the subtle scent, but I don't think I'll be using it anymore because of the stickiness. It's affordable, smells good, and comes in a generous amount, which is great, but it would be perfect if it weren't for the stickiness. It's a shame.
