Worst cosmetics

This toner is the one that made my skin break out and my eyes flare up too.... I guess tea tree oil just doesn't agree with me ㅜㅜ I can't use just anything because my skin is sensitive, but I've never experienced anything this bad before. My face stung and turned red. Those with ultra-sensitive skin need to be careful. It's strong!!
