Worst cosmetic—the hand cream is sooooo sticky. Neutrogena

I don't like hand creams that feel too heavy, either.

I apply hand cream, draw things, and use my phone because I have to do other activities.

I received Neutrogena hand cream as a gift and used it, but the texture isn't like a typical hand cream; it feels a bit like the Vaseline sold in pharmacies. It is very heavy and feels stuffy even after applying it, so now I use it on my heels with socks on when I sleep, rather than as a hand cream.
