Worst cosmetics

I've heard of Hanbul Cosmetics... wasn't it a decent brand? I don't remember when I bought it, but it leaves a white cast when I use it. I thought it was just the first time, but it happens every time I use it, and strangely, my powder foundation pills whenever I use this. It's a sunscreen I've just left sitting around without using since then.
