Worst cosmetics

I do not recommend the Cosalex Der Vitamin C23 Serum. I have a lot of dark spots on my face, so I was debating which vitamin serum to buy. I purchased this because I heard a new product had been released, but it is much worse than I expected. It is too watery for a serum, almost like a toner, and it stings when applied, which is painful. Also, it isn't very effective, and because the ingredients are strong, it seems to be causing breakouts on my face instead.
