What is the worst cosmetic for me?

I bought the AHC Double Shield Sun Stick because it is quite famous and seemed like it would be easy to apply, but it was very inconvenient to use, and even though it is a stick type, it didn't apply well.

I bought this because it was advertised as applying smoothly without stickiness. I should be able to feel some application for it to provide UV protection, but it feels very dry, and I can't feel the amount being applied.
