Worst cosmetics

The worst cosmetic product I have ever used is a sunscreen. Because of my freckles, if I reapply it even slightly in the middle of summer, it gets into my eyes along with sweat and stings so much that I can't even open them outdoors. Shouldn't they be making products that address this kind of problem? I want to.
