Tone 28 solid perfume

This is a solid perfume I received after paying the shipping fee during the last solid perfume event.

The name is Tone 28 Signature Solid Perfume.

Does anyone happen to use this?

I usually use Lanvin and Loafé solid perfumes, and while those two have lovely scents, this one emits a smell I dislike, making me think, "What is this scent?" even when I open the lid.

What on earth is the scent?

Does anyone know?

Is the initial scent called the top note? That initial scent isn't my style.
