I’d like to introduce a scent item that I love to use and want to keep all to myself 🤗

They are none other than Granhand's perfumes, 'Susie Salmon' and 'Nouvé'!
Those of you who have heard of Granhand will be familiar with it! Granhand sachets are a popular item on KakaoTalk Gift as well.

I think you've probably heard of it a lot, haha. Granhand is a Korean fragrance brand that started in 2014 in a small Hanok in Bukchon, and I actually discovered it in 2019 through a friend's recommendation! Granhand has unique descriptions of its scents, and each fragrance has a story behind it. I think I fell in love with the brand because I find myself recalling that story whenever I spray the perfume...🥹💕 Plus, Granhand offers a stamping service, so you can have your desired initials or phrase stamped on the outside of the product, haha.💟

🍎Suzy Salmon🌸
In particular, the 'Suzy Salmon' perfume holds special meaning for me because it was the first perfume I bought on my own after finishing the college entrance exam and becoming an adult!

Top: Lemon, Black Currant, Tangerine, Cut Grass
Middle: Lily of the Valley, Jasmine, Rose, Freesia, Peach, Apricot, Apple
Base: Sandal Wood, Cedar, Amber, White Musk

Story: “I unwrap the bouquet I just bought and place it in a clear bottle filled about halfway with water. The vitality emanating from the bouquet slowly spreads around the table. I take an apple out of the refrigerator, take a bite, and bring my nose close to the bouquet again. I slowly swallow the freshness rising above the faint scent of the flowers.”

The moment I first smelled Susie Salmon, a crabapple scent came to mind. Just like described in the story, it feels like a bouquet full of flowers with a subtle apple scent spreading out. However, it gives off a cozy rather than a fresh vibe.

'Nouvé' perfume is a fragrance I bought with my mom at the Grandhand store when we visited Bukchon Hanok Village! As soon as we smelled it, it was a scent that perfectly suited both of our tastes! 😍

Top: Lemon, Apple, Peach
Middle: Lily of the Valley, Jasmine, Rose, Green-note, Aqua-note
Base: Musk, Amber, Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Vanilla

Story: “From a drawer I had never opened before, a familiar scent of powder wafted through the scarves, jewelry, and various odds and ends. When I opened an old notebook tucked with a laminated four-leaf clover, one page contained handwritten names and phone numbers of acquaintances, and next to it lay a faded photograph of a young woman who looked exactly like me, wearing a dress and high heels, smiling broadly.”

Nouvé is somewhat floral? It reminds me of lilac flowers, and it has a clear and aquatic scent. It is hard to explain in words, but it is lighter than Nouvé and brings to mind the image of summer.
So, I mainly wear Nube from May to August, and Susie Salmon from autumn to winter haha.
Come to think of it, the TOP, MIDDLE, and BASE of Nube and Suzy Salmon are similar! lol 😂
