When people ask for perfume brand recommendations, many recommend Diptyque, right? I like Diptyque so much that I am one of them.
Among them, the Tam Dao I use is a perfume with a very attractive woody lingering scent. Those who dislike it describe it as a temple scent or a ritual scent, but those who like it, like me, call it a sandalwood scent. Since citrus and floral notes are completely excluded, it feels very unisex, so opinions are sharply divided, but I think it might be the top woody fragrance.
The bottle is really pretty, isn't it? It is designed so that a beautiful illustration is visible on the back as well as the front, so simply placing it on your vanity creates a great interior effect.
The price range is actually quite high. Stores aren't very common either, so I usually buy it at a discount when I shop at duty-free shops and stock up. The longevity is also great, so the scent lasts a long time even if you spray just a little, which is really nice. It is a perfume that is worth the money. If you happen to come across a Diptyque store, I highly recommend trying it out!
