Please recommend some cosmetics for deep winter skin.

I'm just about to start doing my makeup..!!

I got my personal color analyzed and came out as Deep Winter!

The skin base is 70% pink and 30% yellow, the base color is neutral pink, and the shade number is No. 23.

Since it's my first time, I really don't know which cushion...? or base I should use... Please help me T_T

*Please also give me some recommendations for mascara, eyelash curlers, or glitter eyeshadow..! 🙇‍♀️
