Winter cool vibe

When I look at Instagram or places like that, Winter Cool Tones all seem to have a really pretty vibe. A slightly mysterious feel?

I was so jealous. It seems like winter cool tones really bring out their vibe just by having completely black hair and applying pink tint.

I have a warm skin tone, so I'm really jealous.
