As a Winter Cool-toned person, this is the Merzy The First Velvet Lip Tint V1 in the shade Bloody Mary that I wear every day. I ordered it from Coupang! Since I have a Winter Cool undertone, bright red colors suit me well, and this tint is exactly red itself.
