Highly recommended as a lip color for cool winters.

I highly recommend Romand Blur Fuzzy Tint 07 Cool Rose Up as a lip color for cool winters! I was debating which tint to buy, but I went to Olive Young, tried it on in person, and bought it right away! The color payoff is intense, and I like that it has a cool vibe. I was wondering if it might be a bit too dark for summer use, but I really love it haha. I love how it adheres perfectly to the lips. Romand lip products are just so good, so I highly recommend it~~~! It might look a bit rough if you have a lot of dead skin cells on your lips haha. I think it will be fine as long as you manage your exfoliation well before applying it!
