It's the Romand Post Fog Garden eyeshadow palette.

I looked up my personal color and it came out as Winter Cool. I love how well the colors suit me. The shimmer is just the right amount, too. It's easy to match with other things without being overwhelming, so I recommend it. It is a palette I definitely recommend to anyone with a Winter Cool complexion. I am using it so well.
