3ce eyeshadow

Since I have a Winter Cool undertone, I prefer a subtle makeup look, so I’ve brought a bright color that applies broadly across the eyelids. I sometimes apply a light shade over a darker eyeshadow to soften the tone. Alternatively, I might apply a light color all over my eyelids and just draw an eyeliner.
