I recommend this to those with a Winter Cool undertone. Since everyone's skin tone is different, I believe eyeshadow should be used differently. True to its name, "Plain Winter," these colors are designed for Winter Cool types. The product features calm pink, transparent purple, and classic black-purple shades. It is a great item for using as a base, creating shading on the center of the eye, the outer corner, and along the eyeliner. I would love to recommend it. It is also fun to choose from the different shades.
