It's the Intuition hair removal device. I bought it at Olive Young. It comes in various colors, and the top part is replaceable with a refill. Since you use it directly on bare skin, you can usually get cuts, but this one is soft, so you can remove hair smoothly without any scratches. It also lathers up when it comes into contact with water, so you don't need to create foam separately, which is convenient and nice.
