This is the Elle women's hair removal device. It is rechargeable.

It pulls out hair while operating.

It stings and hurts a lot at first, but if you bear with it for a little while, you do get used to it. Since it plucks the hair, there is some irritation afterward, but it subsided quickly for my skin type. If it were rechargeable, the intensity would have been stronger; although it is a bit weak, it is good for light use if you don't have much hair.
