I pluck them with tweezers. I think this works best for me. I remember suffering for a long time because using hair removal creams caused hives and didn't agree with my skin. I still haven't found a cream that suits me. I bought this at Daiso for 2,000 won; it's not expensive, so the price isn't a burden. Also, it's not that sharp.
