I found that women's epilators with built-in soap dispensers were difficult to maintain because the soap would get dirty or squashed over time. So, I lather up a lot of foam separately, use a disposable epilator, and then throw it away! It's much more hygienic. Even disposable epilators shave smoothly if you lather up a lot before using them! It's cheap and hygienic, so give it a try.
