Those who have used the trouble care

I have a lot of breakouts, but this is the first time I've heard of "trouble care." I'm curious about what kind of product it is. Is it okay to apply it to areas with blemishes or wounds? If you could recommend a product that is less irritating, I would like to give it a try.
