Echnon Cream

I've been using Ecnon Cream for about two or three months and it's really good haha. I was using a different ointment but switched to this because I heard it was good, and it seems to soothe breakouts really fast.

It does take a little while for severe, red acne to subside, but if I leave it on the spots for about three days before going to sleep, they are completely gone! It doesn't irritate my skin, so I'm satisfied.
