Please recommend some spot care products.

My skin breaks out badly for no reason once or twice a year. I started seeing signs a few days ago, and now it's a total mess.

I've almost run out of the spot care products I've been using, so I'm thinking of switching everything out completely. If you happen to have any recommendations for spot care products that are effective for soothing breakouts, please let me know.
