How should I manage nose sebum for an elementary school child?

My child is currently in fifth grade, and since last year

My nose was gushing oil, and then the black pimples...

It appeared. Squeezing after steaming, nose packs, oil rolling, etc.

I've tried various things, but they only made things worse.

It hasn't disappeared, so for now I'm just watching.
