Please recommend a needle-type acne patch.

The acne patch I am currently using is the Haserin Spot Care Patch Kit shown in the picture. It is convenient because it includes both a Flister patch for soothing before squeezing pimples and a hydrocolloid patch for applying afterward, and I like using it because the patches adhere well. However, having used this product exclusively for years, I am getting a bit tired of it and would like to try a different type of acne patch. I noticed there are needle-type patches, and they sound really fascinating. I think they would be more effective than flat patches if the needles penetrate deep into the skin. So, I am planning to buy a needle-type patch; if you know of any good products, please recommend them.
