How to Get Rid of Acne in My 40s

Hello, Unpa family!

Today, I’d like to share my personal experience with acne management. I’ve been a bit worried about my acne lately, so I tried various methods to overcome it.

First of all, I realized that acne can persist even as you get older. In particular, staying home all day causes stress to build up, and changes in lifestyle habits have led to acne breakouts more frequently. I used to take medication from a dermatologist for a long time, but now I have stopped taking it and am trying to manage my skin more naturally. Since skin changes with the weather, proper care is important. Although I feel my skin has improved somewhat, I still feel a sense of tension.

I've found that squeezing out acne with a needle is the most effective method. It's also good to use a cotton swab to squeeze it out and then wipe it off with a cotton pad.

Also, using acne patches helps minimize scarring, and when washing your face, it is important to apply soap directly to your face and rinse. I found that drying your face with a towel can actually worsen acne.

It is better not to use towels because lint remains even after washing.

And I feel really good these days because I notice I'm getting fewer pimples.

Before I started getting acne, I was very worried about treatment methods, but now that my skin condition has improved, my daily life has become much more comfortable. I think I need to continue paying attention to my skincare!

I hope you Unpa members also find a skincare routine that suits your skin and stick with it consistently! 😊
