To use, apply an appropriate amount to wet hair after shampooing, massage it in, and rinse it off after about 5 minutes. I highly recommend this product for thin and fine hair. Using it just twice a week makes your hair silky and soft. The biggest downside is the price, but it is a product that is worth the cost.
