Hair pack good for damaged hair

I noticed my hair did get damaged from styling it so hard with the Dyson Airwrap.

So, after using the heat protection essence and hair pack, I wrapped my hair in an air wrap, and it seems to unravel less and looks less frizzy haha.

It's a spray-type pack, so it's easy to use.
