The instructions say to leave it on for 10 minutes, but I usually leave it on for about 7 minutes before rinsing it off; even the most tangled hair untangles easily and becomes silky smooth.
There is no need to use a separate essence, and even after two days, my hair remains bouncy and calm.
The scent is nice, so I use it 1-2 times a week and I really like it.
I bought about three small ones because they were on sale, but I should have bought more.
