It is a treatment with a watery texture like an ampoule, containing a lot of different ingredients. I heard it contains seaweed and fruit extracts, but I'm not sure how much of them.
I like that it feels soft when used on rough, damaged hair. I don't know exactly what the 6 types of proteins are, but it seems to produce that effect.
I shampooed and rubbed it in like a massage; they say to leave it on for a short time of 6 seconds, but I waited about a minute before rinsing.
Anyway, you just need to leave it on for a while and wash it off, and I did feel like my hair was recovering.
