Mise-en-scène Treatment

This is the last remaining mise-en-scène.

I saw that this got renewed and changed, and although I bought and am using that one, it's not even as good as this one. I've looked everywhere to find it, but I can't seem to get it.

It got renewed, the price went up, and the design changed. There's nothing quite like this, so I'm sad.
