I dye my hair frequently, so my hair isn't in good condition; I always make sure to use a treatment. I bought this because it was on sale at a low price, and I've been using it. After using it and drying my hair, it becomes calmer and the lingering scent is nice. However, it didn't seem to make a huge difference in terms of hair damage, haha. That might be because my hair is actually quite damaged. I keep using it because I like the scent that lingers after drying my hair.
