I am using the Head Spa 7 Treatment Blue Eyes Black Hair Pack. I recommend it to those with permed hair, voluminous hair, or straight hair.

I don't recommend this for people with curly hair.

The instructions say to squeeze the liquid onto the scalp through the opening and rub it all over your hair with your hands, but I just squeeze it into my hand and apply it to my hair like a regular rinse or treatment.

There are other red and silver products available, so you can purchase according to your preference.

The number 7 refers to a 7-second massage. If you massage your hair thoroughly, take a shower, and then rinse it, it feels really soft and smooth.
