I apply this to dry, damaged hair after shampooing and rinse it off after about 5 minutes; my hair feels so silky and bouncy! Haha. They say you can use this about 1-2 times a week. I recommend it because the scent is universally appealing. However, it is a bit of a hassle having to open the lid and pour it out.
