It seems like more people are using it than I expected. It's a transparent, oil-like liquid; after shampooing, if you take some out in your hand and rub it into your hair, it turns cloudy and dissolves in water. I found it good to use; it gets rid of the stiffness in my hair, too. The only downside is that since my hair isn't particularly short, I have to use quite a lot.
