After shampooing thoroughly and drying your hair, apply the Step 1 Damage Care Pack. Put on the Step 2 Hair Cap and simply adjust it to fit your head using the included size sticker. Then, leave it on for 5 to 15 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.
