Perfect Serum Treatment Review

This is Mise en Scène's Perfect Serum Treatment. I like using this treatment on rainy days when my hair gets frizzy; it calms it down and makes it soft. Perhaps because the texture is thick like a balm, I felt like it really nourished my hair.
