What treatment do you all use?

I have been using L'Oréal for a long time.

I've tried a lot of highly-rated and expensive products, even paying a fortune at the salon, but my hair is naturally thin and damaged, so the effects didn't last long. I was getting a bit tired of L'Oréal, so I tried Mise en Scène this time. I'm curious to know what products last a long time for everyone else.
