Aveda Treatment

I received this as a birthday gift from a friend and tried it for the first time. Since it is expensive, I didn't think I could afford it on my own, but after using it once, I ended up buying it with my own money. After shampooing and applying the treatment, leaving it on for a while before rinsing it off, I can feel my hair becoming softer. It definitely feels like my hair has become healthier. I think I mainly use it during the summer, when my hair gets more damaged and exposed to a lot of heat.
