What are some scalp care methods?

I haven't been using conditioner so far.

It's because my hair is thin and sparse. Using conditioner makes my hair soft and moisturized, but it also makes it stick together, making it look even thinner.

So there is always leftover rinse.

However, in my case, is my scalp care method incorrect?

Is there a special scalp care method for hair like mine?

Do I have to do a face mask and use conditioner, and do everything?

These days, everyone is really worried about the number of people.

I want to know some simple scalp care methods I can do at home.

If I need to use a hair mask, please recommend a product as well.
