Round Lab Dokdo Toner

The Dokdo Toner is said to be Round Lab's first project product, launched to commemorate Dokdo Day, the beautiful territory of South Korea. It helps remove old dead skin cells from the surface, leaving the skin moisturized and smooth. When actually using it, it feels very watery, light, and gentle. You can take an appropriate amount after cleansing and soak a cotton pad with it, but since I heard it isn't good for the cotton pad to touch the face, I just apply it with my hands.
