Please recommend a skincare product..

I received Pitera Essence as a gift, and I noticed that they apply the essence right after using SK2 Clear Lotion.

Clear Lotion is a toner, and can I consider Pitera Essence to be something like a lotion?

What should I use instead of clear lotion? ...I recently became interested in cosmetics

It looks like they are trying to use it.
