Moisturizing Belif Toner

Introducing the Belif Bergamot Herbal Extract Toner. It is not a sticky or thick toner; instead, it has a very light and flowing texture, much like water. Due to its light viscosity, I am using it to gently wipe my face with a cotton pad soaked in plenty of toner, rather than applying it as an absorbent toner.

The texture is not sticky, absorbs quickly, and applies smoothly.
