This is the Anua brand Houttuynia cordata 77% Soothing Toner, a product I started using six months ago.

 

This toner is famous for its soothing effect on sensitive skin, safe use on acne-prone skin, and low-irritation testing.

It is also a product that has completed the non-comedogenic test.
