Introducing SCINIC Probiotics Balancing Toner.

Scinic products are generally light, so they seem good to use in the summer.

However, this balancing toner feels less light than a regular toner and seems to contain nutrients.

So, rather than using it as a toner to wipe with a cotton pad, I tend to apply it like a skin lotion.

I recommend it because it is gentle without irritation and has a clean finish that isn't heavy even in summer.
