I usually only use water-based toners.

I bought it because it was on sale, but it had a runny consistency.

I'm barely managing to finish using it.

I saw some reviews saying it's not as good as before the renovation.

It's not bad. It's moisturizing.

It seems like it would be better to use in winter rather than summer.
