Rice Pillar Oil Toner!

I apply Hayejin Rice Pillar Oil Toner immediately after washing my face.

Perhaps because it is a combination of rice bran oil and rice bran extract, it really smells like rice water when applied!!

That's why it seems gentler and more trustworthy.

There is definitely a big difference between applying this toner before lotion and not applying it.
