This is Bad Skin Pure Vitamin C Powder. It is said that cosmetics containing Vitamin C darken in color and oxidize with use, causing the Vitamin C's effectiveness to diminish. Using a powder type like this is said to stabilize the Vitamin C from oxidation and allow for effective application to the skin. I often mix the powder into my toner or essence before applying it.
